Customer – The Person using the services of train4job
Products – Technical courses such as SAP – all modules, Siebel, Java, Dotnet, QA etc

Products: Train4job.com always tries to provide the exact course ordered by the customer. If a course is unavailable, then we try to tailor make a similar course, nearest to the description of that ordered, and provide the required quote and if it is acceptable to the customer the same will be provided. If a course is unavailable readily, the customer will be informed about this through e-mail, interact with him/her and try to organize the training after thorough discussions.

Payments:
All prices are in US Dollars. Payments will be accepted in US Dollars and charged to the credit card in US Dollars.

ACCURANCY OF INFORMATION AND INTENT OF MAKING PAYMENTS:
The customer promises that the information provided to train4job.com will be true, current, correct and accurate including credit card numbers and addresses. The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of the account and credit cards or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

AVAILABILITY :
If the ordered course is not available and train4job.com has authorized the receipt of the payment and is unable to provide the course in time as promised to the customer, then a complete refund will be made to the customer. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc caused due to the non- delivery and non- availability.

After Sale Service:
Train4job shall after the course support the consultant for a period of one week for clarifications on the subject taught.

Delivery of Course:
The Course will be delivered online and will be interactive by a real time instructor. The voice transfer will be either through Skype / Yahoo Messenger / toll free numbers. The screen sharing will be through web access. The fee will be based on the course taught.

Refund:
Once the customer registers for a course and pays for it there arises two cases.

Case 1: Train4job does not authorize the payment – In this case, if train4job is unable to deliver the course, then the customer gets full refund.

Case 2: Train4job authorize the payment – In this case, if train4job is unable to deliver the course, then the customer gets refund after deducting the necessary charges payable to the credit card companies and Pay seal of ICICI Bank for processing the fee.

Disputes:
All and any disputes related to Train4job.com shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India courts only.

Support :
Train4job offers support through email and automated service engine. It does not guarantee or apply any time limit for offering such support.

Phone support is available to the customers.

Billing for Online Trainings:
The customer understands that the customer is responsible for paying for any training they take from Train4job.

Other Terms and Conditions:
We do not EXCHANGE course after or during delivery of course.
We do not CHANGE or CANCEL AN ORDER after or during delivery of course.
In case the customer looses the username and password of the particular course being registered, then in that case he needs to provide sufficient proofs that he is the person who has registered for the course and only in such a situation, he will be taught the course he ordered for.
