Through this service, you can order from the available courses shown on the site while making the payment online. The course will be delivered at the specified time (approximate) online as per the schedule mentioned to the consultant who books for the course.

Step 1: Logging in

 
  • If you are first time user, then register yourself with the site by clicking “Signup” on any Page. This registration is absolutely Free. From the next time, you can logon just by giving login name and password and avail the benefits of being a member.
  • If you are a regular user (Already registered once), then logon by entering User Id and password at the Home Page and click on the Login Button.
  • You can do shopping only upon registration. Just select the category and pick the item and continue shopping. At the final order form, you will be prompted to enter your Name and Email Id which is compulsory to get in touch with you.
  • You can view courses and details of the courses even with out registration. However, by Registration with our site, you will be able to obtain user name and password. Our administrator / marketing executive will get in contact with you once you get registered with us and will know the exact requirements of trainings at the end of the Customer. As the trainings are customized, the marketing executive understands the profile of the customer and suggest them the suitable course. Based on the nature of the customized course, the executive provides the related quote to the customer.
  • If the customer is willing to purchase the course, then the administrator will enable the price for view for the particular login and the customer can view all the details of the course and fee.

Step 2: Searching the Course you wish

 
  • From the entire range of Courses viz., SAP – CRM, EP, XI, HR, MM, PP, SCM, ABAP; Siebel; Java; Dotnet; QA etc select the courses that you want to order.
  • Best way is to select from the menu provided at the left side of site. When clicked on courses under the subject areas, sub-courses are displayed and you can select desired Sub-course. If you click “more info” under the Sub-course, the contents under that course will be got displayed.
  • Another way is to use the search facility provided at the top right of the page where you can search courses. Word Search is also possible by typing the required word in Word Search.

Step 3 Adding Courses to the Shopping Cart

 
  • Once you are with the course to order, then after you register, you will be able to obtain user name and password. Our administrator / marketing executive will get in contact with you once you get registered with us and will know the exact requirements of trainings at the end of the Customer. As the trainings are customized, the marketing executive understands the profile of the customer and suggest them the suitable course. Based on the nature of the customized course, the executive provides the related quote to the customer. Even the details of the customized course are going to get displayed in the site.
  • If the customer is willing to purchase the course, then the administrator will enable the price for view for the particular login and the customer can view all the details of the course and fee.
  • Click on View Cart to get the list of the courses selected by you. In the View Cart Page you will also be given the Rates of the courses and the total amount to be paid by you.
  • To remove any courses in the cart select the items you wish to delete and then click on Remove Selected.
  • From the View Cart page you can either Continue Shopping or Finish Shopping.

Step 4 Confirming the Order

 
  • After you have selected the courses, click on Finish Shopping in the View Cart Page
  • You will be displayed a Page showing all the details of the customers email id, name, rate of the course, number of installments selected, payment made at present, the user name, password etc.
  • You can also give a message to be conveyed along with your Order.
  • After you enter all the details, you will be displayed final order form with the Course ordered by you.
  • Rates of the Course ordered.
  • Number of installments
  • Present payment made
  • Recipient's Address Details
  • Click on Confirm Order to confirm the Order or Cancel the Order if you wish to defer the decision.

Step 5 Payment
 
  • At the Final Order form page, after you click Confirm Order you will prompted for
  • Credit Card Number
  • Expiry Date
  • Click on Execute this Payment after giving the above details
  • After the execution of Payment, message Your credit card payment for an amount of xxx.xx $ has been duly recorded. will be displayed. Here click on Back to the Site
  • A reference number will be given for your Order, with which you can later enquire the Order Status, Course start details etc.
